Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded shoe box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective packaging is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
